# How to get comments on a Cursor-built HTML prototype

Cursor wrote you an HTML prototype. It works on your machine. Now you want other people to see it and comment on the HTML file. Here are your options.

## Non-Ollav options

- **Send the file.** Attach `prototype.html` to an email or chat. Works only if it's self-contained and the recipient opens it in a browser; feedback comes back as loose text.
- **Local preview with a tunnel.** Serve the folder and expose it with a tunnel. Live, but only while your machine is on, and it publicly exposes whatever you serve.
- **Static host.** Push to GitHub Pages, Netlify or Vercel. Stable URL, but you manage deploys and access.
- **Screenshots.** Quick, but reviewers can't point at the element or see it behave.

## The Ollav workflow

Ollav hosts **one self-contained HTML file up to 15 MB** and lets reviewers pin comments on it.

1. Make sure the file is self-contained: inline CSS and JS, CDN libraries are fine, relative assets won't load. Ask Cursor to inline them if needed.
2. Drop the file at https://app.ollav.app (or let Cursor publish it, below). You get a link, no deploy.
3. Share it. It's private to your workspace by default and not indexed; invite outside reviewers as guests.
4. Reviewers sign in and pin comments or react with emoji.

## Let Cursor close the loop

Connect Ollav to Cursor over MCP ([setup](https://ollav.app/docs/agents)). Then prompt:

```text
Publish prototype.html to Ollav, give me the link. Later: read the review, reply to each comment, apply the fixes, resolve the threads and publish a new version.
```

Cursor can read comments, reply, resolve threads and publish a new version. The link stays the same and earlier comments are kept, so you can iterate for as many rounds as you like. See the [agent feedback loop](https://ollav.app/guides/agent-feedback-loop).
